   I would like to thank you for the excellent service you have provide to Oraica Ltd for many years. As you know I used your refilled and third party ink cartridges for our HP inkjet printer for many years. This saved us a considerable amount of money and I am convinced that these cartridges, which we used until last year, were just as good as the originals. They were also convenient as they held more ink than the originals.
   
   Cartridges currently used: Lexmark 105XL, 100 cyan, magenta, yellow
   
   When the HP printer finally failed in November last year, your advice in helping me to choose a replacement was really appreciated and I was pleased that you were able to offer us the Lexmark Prestige Pro 805 from stock at a competitive price. As the majority of my printing is using black ink, the low cost per copy black cartridge (original Lexmark) has proved to be extremely economical. The colour cartridges have lasted well and the separate cartridges for each colour make them less wasteful and more economical than the HP units (with three colours in one cartridge). The Lexmark machine works perfectly as a printer, scanner and copier and was straightforward to set up. I am delighted with it.
   
   For your information, I have replaced the black cartridge once and it is currently almost half full. I bought a set of three cartridges from you on 18 March and have only needed to replace the cyan so far. The replacement is almost 3/4 full and the yellow and magenta are almost empty.
   
   Once again, many thanks for your excellent and professional service and for your willingness to go out of your way to provide information and assistance. I thoroughly recommend your services.
