Returns Policy
To return a faulty product you must first obtain a return authorisation number; this is obtained by calling or emailing us at returns@inkxperts.co.uk quoting; the reason for your return, your original invoice number & the date of the order.
You can also call into our shop with the faulty goods together with your sales receipt or invoice.
The Customer has the right to cancel within seven days of completing an order, or seven days from receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer. You may return any unopened item for a full refund. We will refund you once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).
We will replace faulty products.
